The Customs Journal - The Official Organ of the Custom's Waterguard Associations

  
     
 

The Customs Journal was the initiative of members of The Preventive Officers' & Boatmen's' Associations in the Port of Hull in 1904. It is believed to nave been the first and longest lived UK Civil Service 'House Magazine' - It was to become another casualty of the 1972 'Reorganisation'.
