The site has an associated e-mailing list, also 'hosted' by JustHost.com, - HM Waterguard - for discussions with other members of the e-mailing list about the Waterguard and for disseminating notifications from the webmaster including:
The list is 'monitored' by the owner of this web site who has the power to managerially subscribe people - and also to monitor and remove members who abuse or misuse the e-mailing lists! Any attempted postings by non-members are automatically submitted to the web master for prior approval.

Remember ! e-mailing lists work like a mirror - they re-transmit every postings to every other subscriber to the list! They are not suitable for 'one-to-one' private'thoughts or messages! You should always use a personal e-mail address for such 'one-to-one' messages.

You must know your password - sent to you with your Welcome e-mail - to change your options (including changing the password, itself) or to unsubscribe without confirmation. |

Normally, Mailman will remind you of your hm-waterguard.org.uk mailing list password once every month - although you can disable this if you prefer. This reminder will also include instructions on how to unsubscribe or change your account options. There is also a button on your options page that will email your current password to you.
It is suggested you print your welcome e-mail and keep it in a safe place for reference as well as entering the Waterguard Mailing List posting address - hm-waterguard@hm-waterguard.org.uk - in your e-mail's 'Address Book'
