HM C&E Public Notices issued by The Waterguard |
The Waterguard issued Public Notices to assist the Masters of vessels, Commanders of aircraft, their crew members and passengers, as well as the general public, to understand the regulations and what was expected of them when they came into contact with the Official Controls at ports and airports.
Notice No 2 was often printed on thick plastic and shown to passengers who were asked to read it and indicate they understood it.
