Waterguard Spring Ball - 1971

Tickets for the Dover Waterguard Spring Ball, held at Dover Town Hall, were always in huge demand locally and always over subscribed. A different 'big band' was hired every year and it was one of the big events of the local social calendar. Demand for tickets became so great that the venue was later switched to Folkestone Leas Cliff Hall which had a greater capacity.
