These Waterguard E-mail addresses are fully secure POP 3 E-mail addresses provided by Supanames as part of the HM-Waterguard.org.uk domain hosting package. They come with SPAM protection as standard.
Virus protection is, as always, your own responsibility and an up to date copy of Kaspersky Labs Internet Security software is recommended for the best protection.
These notes are intended for GUIDENCE ONLY! Nothing in them replaces the instructions given in your E-mail client software manual, user notes or the program's online Help files.
DO NOT delete or overwrite any of your current E-mail address' configuration settings. The HM Waterguard E-mail address is an ADDITONAL address, which can be selected as your default E-mail address if you so wish, or just selected 'as and when' for Waterguard messages etc.

If, like me, you prefer to use software other than Microsoft where possible, I would suggest you use Mozilla Thunderbird as your E-mail client. Setting up additional accounts, such as your new HM Waterguard e-mail address account, is very straight forward and I'm always available to help if required.
If you want to test your new Waterguard E-mail address you can send a test E-mail to waterguard_e-mail_test@hm-waterguard.org.uk
